The Avro Hollows Decarbonisation project in Newton Heath, Manchester consists of 4x high-rise tower blocks and we are proud to have been selected to provide the access package across all blocks.
So far, we have fully installed 2x of our new GEDA 1500Z/ZP Transport Platforms, both configured as I Platforms with 2000kg SWL.
Our operations and sales teams work in conjunction with site to ensure any requirements are met effectively from Site Visits all the way to completion. In order to meet the needs of site, these hoists have each been planned with progressive installations and dismantle works.Â
This site was one of the first to use our brand new 2024 machines. We have heavily invested in equipment this year to offer a fleet of modern and realible construction hoists and we are happy to see these getting put to work!

NTP were pleased to have been awarded the access package for this mixed-use renovation project in north-west London.
City View is an 8-storey mixed-use building providing commercial and residential accommodation, with car parking at basement level, and a roof terrace on the eighth floor. The building consists of 46 Residential Units and 2x commercial units on the ground floor.
Following the initial site survey, we were challenged with supplying a single hoist package to serve multiple opposing landings. This was achieved by supplying a modular Böcker MX1524 Transport Platform in A34 configuration with landing run-off ramps provided on both the A and B gate sides.
The use of this configuration provided the necessary access to all landings using a single hoist within a restricted site. We are happy to have worked with the site team to provide a successful access package for this project
